getax provides decision support for professional firms and does not provide licensed tax advice. These terms set out how the website and the service are offered on that basis.

## The agreement

These terms apply to www.getax.io and to any evaluation access granted without a signed order; a firm's paid use is governed by its order form and data processing agreement, which prevail. The privacy policy forms part of these terms.

## Website content

The sample report is an illustrative engagement for a fictional client; nothing on this website is a statement about your circumstances. Published figures are counts from the live knowledge base at the date shown beside them.

## Not tax, legal or financial advice

A report is reviewed, signed and delivered by a licensed adviser under the firm's own name; getax is not that adviser. Do not act on any content without advice from a professional who is responsible to you. A fact carries the date its source was checked and is accurate as of that date.

## The service and your account

The console and firm subdomains are for provisioned firms and the users they invite; sign-in links are personal and expire. A firm is responsible for the client data it enters and its right to enter it; questionnaires are consent-gated.

## Acceptable use

- Do not attempt to reach another firm's tenant, data or reports. Isolation is enforced and attempts are logged.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download or reproduce the knowledge base or reports for redistribution.
- Do not submit data you have no right to submit, or content that is unlawful.
- Do not probe, load-test or attack the service; report vulnerabilities to benjamin@getax.io with a reasonable time to fix.
- Do not use the service to give advice you are not licensed to give.

## Ownership

getax owns the website, console, knowledge base structure, report format and software; official sources quoted in a report belong to their publishers. A firm owns the client data it enters and the reports delivered to it.

## Liability

The website and evaluation access are provided as they are, without warranty; getax is not liable for loss from reliance on website content or evaluation use, or for indirect loss, to the extent the law allows. Liability for paid use is set out in the order form.

## Changes and contact

Material changes are announced to firms by email; continued use of the website after a change is acceptance of the new terms. Questions go to benjamin@getax.io.
